ELIGIBILITY & FLIGHTS
- Players must be at least 21 years of age and reside in Rensselaer County
- Open Championship (All Ages): Male amateur golfers, no age restrictions
- Senior Championship (55+): Male amateur golfers who are at least 55 years old as of September 7th, 2024
- Super Senior Flight (70+): Male amateur golfers who are at least 70 years old as of September 7th, 2024
(Note: Super Senior Flight players are not eligible for the Senior Championship)
ENTRIES, DEADLINE, AND REFUND POLICY
- Entries: Entries must be submitted by mail with payment in full prior to the deadline.
- Entry Fee: $150 Optional Skins Pool: $15 (must be included with entry application, $165)
- Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline of 5:00pm EST on Friday August 30, 2024
- Refund Policy: No refunds for withdrawals after the entry deadline.
FORMAT & FIELD SIZE
- Format: 36 holes of individual stroke play
- Field Size: First 180 players to register will be entered
(Note: In the event of a full field a waiting list will be established)
COURSE YARDAGE
- Open Championship: Blue tees 6,200 - 6,400 yards
- Senior Championship: White tees 5,800 - 6,000 yards
- Super Senior Flight: Gold tees 5,200 - 5,400 yards
RULES
All play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and the RCMA local rules sheet
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- Saturday, September 7 // Tee times (approx) between 7:00am-9:00am and 11:50am-1:30pm
- Sunday, September 8 // Tee times (approx) between 7:00am-9:00am and 11:50am-1:30pm

FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Saturday, Sep 7: Lunch on the deck 11:00am-2:00pm (approx)
- Sunday, Sep 8: Lunch on the deck 11:00am-2:00pm (approx)
Dinner immediately following tournament.
GOLF CARTS
Golf carts are not included in the tournament entry fee.
Carts can be rented before play from the Frear Park Pro Shop.
RANGE
Frear Park does not have a driving range.
There is an area to hit some of your own shag balls.
PRIZES
Championship trophies and prizes will be awarded to the winner and runner-up in all Divisions (Open, Senior, Super Senior)
Gross and Net prizes are awarded in all flights.
Optional Skins pool for Saturday and Sunday rounds.
